Having worked as a wedding florist for the last 18 years choosing my favourite flower would be a little like having to choose my favourite child! I love them all! However, if I really had to I probably would pick the Icelandic poppy. From the moment the flower pops out from its tight
casing to the crinkly petals unfurling in riots of pink, orange and yellow it really is a stunner!

Even the vintage china jug that features holds a special significance as I clearly remember it on my grandfathers’s sideboard filled with his heavenly scented garden roses throughout the summer months.

It is a mixed media collage on canvas combining acrylic and household paint, spray paint and hand cut collaged elements taken from my
extensive floral library. The graffiti and typographic elements originate from Bristol, my local city and Brick Lane - one of my favourite haunts in London.
