Shipping + returns

 

UK Delivery

Whilst we aim to send your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you need something sooner do let us know before placing your order and we will try our best to work to your timeframe.

All artwork and home accessories are sent by special delivery Royal Mail or courier so they can be tracked and are insured in transit. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. If your order is not signed for it will be returned to your local depot or you can arrange another convenient time for delivery with the courier.

Prints are sent in a strong, sturdy cardboard tube and we recommend working with a local framer to help choose a suitable frame and glass.

EU & International Shipping

Please note that purchasing from this website is available to UK customers only. Whilst it is possible to ship orders abroad they will need to be costed on an individual and bespoke basis. Please email Jules if you have a query about an EU or overseas purchase.

EU and International shipping may incur import duties and local taxes and are not the responsibility of Jules Wild Creative Ltd.

Returns

Obviously, we want 100% customer satisfaction but if, for any reason, a purchase has to be returned, please return the item in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please detail the reason for the return and email Jules. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and please use a tracked service as we cannot refund orders lost in transit.

If your purchase has not been returned in a re-saleable condition Jules Wild Creative Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Damaged Items

We take a huge amount of care to ensure all artwork and accessories are perfectly packaged but should an order arrive damaged please let us know within 48 hours and a replacement print/item will be sent as soon as possible (not applicable to original artwork). If the damage is visible on signing for your order we would recommend signing the delivery note to that effect. Photographic evidence will also be required.

Overseas Returns

At this present time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any order sent outside the UK.

Studio Collection – By Appointment Only

If you would like to arrange a studio visit to collect a purchased artwork, you would be more than welcome to make an appointment with Jules where she works from her garden studio in Gloucestershire.
