Our website provides the following: Online art portfolio and purchase of original artwork, prints and products from us. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and additional policies referenced herein.

SALES

Jules Wild must receive payment for the entire price of the item(s) that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide on your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to accept or decline an order.

Jules Wild web store accepts payments in British Pounds Sterling. At this present time purchasing from this website is to UK customers only. Please see our Shipping and Returns policy if you are an EU or overseas customer.

Jules Wild retains the right to modify any part of this website or withdraw offers or promotions, temporarily or permanently at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. Codes cannot be used with any other discount unless stated. Discounts and offers cannot be added after an order has been made.

If you purchase physical goods from the Site, our Shipping and Returns policy will apply to the sales.

Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point for reasons such as, but not limited to, a sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition purposes.

CONTENT

Descriptions of our products are always given as accurately as possible, but we cannot be held responsible if colours change from device to device. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for a return or refund.
